Every Thursday from 3-7PM in the Whole Foods Parking lot, on route 16. I bring freshly baked scones, muffins, tea breads, cookies, brownies, and whoopie pies.<br/><br/>So far business has been kind of slow - more the traffic to the market has been kind of slow - I guess I’m doing OK, considering the number of shoppers. I had high hopes for summer business, but it’s still a good experience. Very nice people and great vendors all around. If you find yourself in the area - come by and say hello. The inspector thought it all looked great and gave us the OK to start baking. After years of talking about it, I’m finally going to do it!<br/>I know we have great recipes; so now all we have to do is design a logo and labels; find some funky packaging; get this website going; and most importantly, find the customers to make it all work.<br/>I’ll keep you posted ...<br/>
